We want you to love your new gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and protective equipment intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your skates and accessories back in their original Impala branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
