How do I know what size to order?
We recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it to our size chart. Most Impala skates fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are Impala skates vegan-friendly?
Yes! We are proud to be a PETA-approved vegan brand. Our skates are made with high-quality PVC materials, ensuring no animal products are used in the manufacturing process.
Can I use these skates outdoors?
Absolutely. Our skates come equipped with 82a durometer wheels, which are designed to provide a smooth ride on both indoor rinks and outdoor surfaces like sidewalks or boardwalks.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all skates in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please ensure you try your skates on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the wheels.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 3-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
